How does the air conditioning system work?
The system relies on air cooling through an in-vehicle heat exchange system . It is very important for your vehicle to recharge the air because it is a closed circuit in which a gas is cooled by a series of mechanical processes that make it change its state (gas to liquid and vice versa). In the area where the gas cools, we circulate the ventilation air of the car, which achieves a heat exchange that cools the latter. That cooled air is the one that exits through the ventilation ducts of the vehicle.
When to charge the car's air conditioning?
The gas recharge must be done once every 2 years since the circuit naturally loses 15-20% every year. In addition, an inadequate gas charge causes the compressor to work forcedly increasing fuel consumption and causing premature compressor failure.
