Why have to clean injector?
* When we turned off the engine suddenly, the gasoline which have been spray out can not be recycled. It would attached on the injector and combustion chamber walls.
* Gasoline is easy to volatile, but wax and varnish were stayed.
* Heat these wax and varnish day after day,they will be changed into hard coke.
* The hard coke will be produced more quickly and more thickly when engine work with poor quality fuel.
Fuel Injector Tester is an instrument which can test & measure the injectors' droplet formation, atomization, efficiency and fuel delivery. All are visually and / or physically checked and tested as a starting point, rather than as a last resort. When problems are found, the injectors are cleaned in the supplied ultrasonic cleaning bath. The injectors mount in a special plate and are connected to the tester in order to operate them at high frequency during cleaning. After cleaning, the rubber sealing rings, plastic protection caps and filter baskets can be replaced (as applicable) before re-testing to ensure all the injectors are performing as a perfectly matched, balanced set.
Function:
Ultrasonic cleaning: To perform simultaneous cleaning on several injectors and to remove the carbon deposits on the injector completely.
Uniformity/Sprayability test: To test the uniformity of injecting amount of each injector, and to monitor the spraying status of each injector with the help of backlight. This test is also for reverse flush.
Leakage test: To test the sealing and dribbling conditions of injectors under system pressure.
Injecting flow test: To check the injecting amount of the injector in 15 seconds of constant injection.
Auto. test: To test injectors by simulating different working conditions.
On-vehicle cleaning: The unit is equipped with various adaptors and couplers that facilitate cleaning on the injectors on vehicle.

Installation :
1. All equipment are delivered with 3 pin electrical cable, use the ground connection for equipment and operator protection.
2. Verify that test liquid level at 2.5L or at least between the range of two red lines. For a new machine, please fill 2.0~ 2.5L testing liquid. Never fill up the tank at its maximum capacity.
3. Fill up the ultrasonic cleaning tank with the liquid for injector cleaning. Liquid level should not reach 3 cm below the tank edge, in order to avoid liquid overflow on device. Take special care not to drop liquid on the equipment when filling up or emptying the tank.
